Residential area in the North of Tran Phu
b. Location of investment:
Phu Ha and Dai Son wards, limited by Tran Phu - Thong Nhat road pivots (in the head of northern city) - Le Duan, the main roads of the city.
c. Investment objectives:
Increasing accommodation supplying for the persons whose low earnings, reorganizing architectural scenery space, meeting the demand of present urban development, contributing to push up socio-economic development of the province.
d. Form of investment:
Domestic, joint venture and 100% foreign invested capital.
e. Investment content:
Area is 97.2 hectares including new accommodation land is 35 hectares, green tree and public work land are 32 hectares, transporting land is 12 ha and residential area’s land is 18 ha. This area meets the demand of constructing more than 3,390 houses including 1,600 apartment blocks, 220 combining houses and 1,560 houses that are divided into plots.
g. Favorable conditions for project implementation:
The People’s Committee of province approved 1/500 plan, this place is the starting - point of many main roads of the city such as 21/8 road, Phan Dang Luu road and 27 National Road (as planned) and Ngo Gia Tu road. This project is planned the new urban zone including lots of high-storey buildings with modern architecture.
