g. Favorable conditions for project implementation:
- Stable raw material sources: The province produces annually over 170,000 tons of food of all kinds, of which 20,000 tons of corn, over 40,000 tons of aqua-products, including mixed catch of various species.
- Consumption market of great demand:
+ High demand of food for aquaculture farming. 1,500 ha for shrimp raising is expected to developed and maintained in the province. Ninh Thuan also locates near other large-scale shrimp raising areas such as Cam Ranh (Khanh Hoa), Tuy Phong (Binh Thuan).
+ High demand of food for animal husbandry (such as cow, goat and sheep) and pig breeding. By 2010, total expected herds of cow, goat and sheep will reach 170,000, 280,000 and 100,000 heads respectively.
- The construction site is close to national transportation system such as National Highway No.1A, North - South railway, Ba Ngoi seaport..., having stable power from national network and favorable information and communication condition
