a. Project title:

A tourism area - Nam Cuong desert sand hill.

b. Location:

An Hai village, Ninh Phuoc district, Ninh Thuan province.

c. Objective:

Exploiting tourism potential of Ninh Phuoc coastal district.

d. Ownership:

Domestic, joint-venture, or 100% foreign capital.

e. Scope:

The area is about 700 ha of all Nam Cuong sand hill area at An Hai village. The project is to build a tourism complex, including sport, entertainment such as sand racecourse, surfing, bungalow-like guest houses.

f. Estimated investment capital:

2,800  - 3,000 billion VND.

g. Advantages for the project implementation:

- This is a sand hill area along the coast, characterized by draught and wind. There are many large and beautiful sand-banks suitable for adventurous tourism types.

- All of this area is uncultivated planned to develop tourism types.

- There is road along the coast through the project location, connecting with national road 1A. It is 7 km away from Phan Rang-Thap Cham town, 75 km from Cam Ranh airport and 15 km from Thap Cham railway station.
